LBA prides itself in sifting through the myriad products and techniques for improving your wellness, and selecting only the finest, most effective ones for your journey. Every journey starts with a first step, and that step is a personal interview, called a "client intake". Once your history and goals are thoroughly understood, your coach will recommend a personalized toolkit to take with you on your journey.
